  • This is a private, single family home with a boardwalk to the beach and ocean views.
  • The bonus room under the house is accessed through a side entrance and is not connected to the top floor. It is connected to the garage. The garage contains a room with 2 twin beds and a full bed, a pool table, and a full bathroom.

Parking Information

  • Parking: 4 spaces available (2 short cars in the garage, 2 in the driveway). Height restriction applies. Do not park large vehicles unless approved.
  • Parking in the sand in front of the house is not allowed. The condo next door does not allow driving on the pathway next to the house.

Policies and Rules

  • Refer to the stated cancellation policy. Insurance is recommended.
  • No smoking and no pets allowed at this property.
  • Maximum occupancy: 12 occupants. Children under two (2) sleeping in a crib are not included in maximum occupancy.
  • The booking tenant must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the property during the entire stay.
  • Management and owner are not responsible for citations received during the stay.
  • No events or parties. If a party or event is detected, management may evict guests without refund. A $500 fee will be charged if a party is held.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • House rules: No smoking. Minimum age: 25 years. Children allowed. No events allowed.
